I tried contacting to help but no response. I think this buyer didn't know what she was purchasing in the first place. These are templates that you use with Photoshop and other editing programs to create scrapbook pages. You have to know what you are buying, if you don't - ask. It's pretty simple. I even have a free template you can download and try before you buy. If they would have asked for help BEFORE they left me a very negative review - I could have worked with them.
