Will any physical product be sent to my address?

No, this is a DIGITAL store, only digital files will be sent to your Etsy registered email address- When you complete payment you will receive an email with a link to download the files-

Can I cancel or return a digital download item?

Due to the digital nature of this business orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been downloaded.

You'll receive one or a number of digital files- If the item is ONLY PRINTABLE you'll receive PDF + JPG files- To print you'll need Adobe Reader which you can download from the web ( FREE to download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ) If the item includes CUT FILES you'll receive Studio3 for Basic Silhouette Software or PNG to trace and cut in your Cricut. They are in separate listings- Look for the cut files you need- All of the files are high resolution.

Are the printable PDFs editable?

The design is not editable or customizable. But you can add text to the PDF with Adobe Reader, ( FREE to download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ) For this use the "text comment" tool.

Can I buy the clipart or background used in these printables to make my own?

In most cases, yes! I have personal & commercial use clipart and digital papers for sale in my other Etsy shop, hellotalii.etsy.com.

What if I want cut files?

Cut files are not included in all the listings! Please read the details carefully before buying -

Can I cut a PDF or JPG in my cutting machine?

There are some great tutorials on You Tube for using PDF's and JPG's with cutting machines (additional or upgraded software may be required).

How do I use the Photoshop Templates

Instructions are included in the Photoshop Template listings. It's very easy! You'll need Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to use the templates. If you don't have these there are PNG files and JPG files to add your pictures behind or in the templates with basic software-

The files for Cricut Design Space are ready to use! You don't need to resize! They are PNG files size 5.5x8 inches- Instructions for use are included in the listings- The files for Silhouette are ready to use in Cameo, Curio, Portrait, with the Basic Silhouette Software. You don't need to upgrade your software. Can the printable wall art be framed easily? What if I want it matted?

All the prints come in popular sizes. You can easily get them framed in any local store, or online in sites like https://www.pictureframes.com - You can add any size of mat, even liners, without having it made custom.
