I found this on Pinterest first when I was about twelve or so. I cared too much about what people thought of me to even look for it, and I added it to a hidden board where I would admire it every now and then. Something came up where I finally found it on Etsy, and I stared at it, once again too self conscious to buy it, I added it to my favorites list. I’ve cared a lot about looking too childish my whole life, wanting to fit in and be one of the ‘pretty’ girls with jewelry, makeup, etc. Giggling at cute boys jokes, and being quote on quote ‘normal’. I finally have gotten the courage at 24 to be who I am, buy what I want, wear what I want, and I finally bought this cloak I have been admiring for so long! I LOVE IT. I can’t wait to live out all my dreams, dress up for conventions, and just feel magical and beautiful for who I am!

I’ve been wanting these wings for over a year. I originally bought another pair because the photos were stolen and I was scammed into a cheap printed replica with no detail whatsoever. I finally had enough money and wanted these wings for my Halloween costume and they were worth the wait!! They were carefully packaged in a beautiful box with a shiny book image around it. The wires took a little bit to straighten out but it didn’t take too long before I was parading around the house flapping my wings around. The detail is gorgeous and the material is perfect for blocking wind but not making you hot. The material seems thin but not so delicate that you’d be terrified of taking them outside ever. I want to wear these wings everywhere I go and I feel like they’re sturdy enough to allow that!
