I cannot proceed with order if details are not clearly given for personalized items.No design(graphics) changes will be made.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PROOF:
Please request proof in the personalization box along with personalization details while placing order.You will get a proof in Etsy Inbox within 8 hrs.

I will wait for your approval only if you've requested to see proof prior to printing or if details are not clearly mentioned.
You will receive a reminder message if I haven't heard from you within a day of proof being sent.Proofs with no response will ship as drafted.

CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellation requests must be done within 1 hour of purchase.

CHANGES: Any changes to personalization details must be communicated within 1 hour of purchase.

Personalized items are made to order as soon as possible once order is placed and cancellation requests will not be accepted once order is processed and ready for shipping.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER PROOF IS SENT: Cancellation requests received after proof is provided will be subject to a $5.00 proof charge.

Custom orders (Personalized tags) are not eligible for refunds.

Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

Once you have received your order PLEASE CHECK IMMEDIATELY THAT THE QUANTITY AND TAG DETAILS ARE CORRECT AS PER ORDER INVOICE OR PROOF(IF REQUESTED).

If there is any problem with your order, please let me know within 2 days of receiving order, so I can address the issue immediately and ship out the new items in a timely manner.

If you want a new custom design or a variation of any of the items I offer, please contact me with your request. I will try my best to accommodate your design requirement and will send you a sample within 3-4 business days.

Unfortunately I do not offer back side printing for tags at this time.

~After completing the purchase you will be able to download the files directly from "PURCHASES" section on Etsy.
To open the PDF file you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader(free download at adobe.com)

DIGITAL CUSTOMIZED INVITES OR SIGNS
~Enter required personalization details (Names,Date etc. ) and complete purchase. NO DESIGN OR FONT CHANGES.
~I will then customize/edit the invite and send PDF & JPG files via Etsy message and email.
~If no corrections are needed, click on files sent and follow browser prompts to save files to your computer.
