Can you customize my order?

Yes, we do customize our products to fit the needs of our customers. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us. Please note that when purchasing a personalized product, no type of discount coupon can be used (discount campaigns that are in force cannot be used either). Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

You can request the cancellation of your order within 12 hours of purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by us. The buyer is also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges that may apply during the return process. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process the applicable refund according to our return policy.

What is your base currency?

Our base currency is US$, all our quotes are given in this currency, meaning that our invoices are provided with the correct amount in US$. We do not have any control over exchange rates, fees and taxes of Etsy, Paypal or any bank.

How much time will it take to receive my order?

Our production time typically ranges from 3 to 6 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that although we strive to meet these timeframes, there may be delays due to customs or carrier factors outside our control.

What if the product I have received is not the one I’ve ordered?

We accept claims up to 48 hours after delivery. Please send us photos of the product and the box and we will send you a replacement (we do not refund in these situations). We do not accept claims if the product(s) have already been applied or show any signs of attempted application, or if alternative methods/types of adhesive were used that were not recommended by us.

Can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification for the fulfillment of the order along side with the tracking number.

What if my package is damaged?

We accept claims for damage to orders up to 48 hours after they are received. It is important to report damages to the courier upon delivery. Failure to do so may prevent us from providing a refund or replacement. For damage only visible after unboxing, send us photos of the product and the box. We will only send a replacement, no refunds in these cases. You need to accept the order from the courier (if the order is returned to us the return shipping costs are not refundable). Keep the original box of the product until the claim is completed, as it may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Claims are not accepted if products have been used or show any signs of attempted application, or if unapproved adhesive methods/types were used.

Can I have an invoice for my order with VAT number?

If you want an invoice with the VAT number of a European Company, please notify us in advance (up to 1 week after purchase).

How is shipping done?

Our shipping is express and has insurance that can be activated in the event of loss or damage to the order, as long as it is reported to the courier (at the time of delivery) and to our Company within 48 hours. If your package is lost, please contact the company to find out more. If the shipping company does not solve the issue, please contact us. Please take note that if you choose the option to leave your order at your front door, we are not responsible for any missing parcels.

Who is responsible for paying customs fees?

Customs and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. When applicable, these must be paid by the buyer directly to their local customs authority. - EUROPE: Tax-free within the EU (except Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, and the Canary Islands – buyer pays fees). - USA: Taxes and duties are already paid (Delivered Duty Paid). - UK & CANADA: Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility (please check with your local customs office). Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded to avoid customs fees. Refunds are only possible after the item(s) are returned and received, according to our return policy. Look great and easy to install. Be warned though that if your floor is uneven the tile will not lay flat, but they still hold their look!

Bought these decals to brighten up old tiles in a bathroom. I had a brief issue with the edges but emailed Carlos who replied right away and recommended using a hair dryer which did the trick and now the decals look seamless. I’m actually in the process of buying another design for a different bathroom because I love these so much!

After initially posting a negative review, my point of view on the product has evolved. While I am still not convinced about the extra money I have paid for floor stickers (is there really a difference with the normal ones?), I decided to do a backsplash and put it on the wall. Now my kitchen looks fantastic! For an affordable make over it is definitely a great product!
