Most of our handcrafted items will be ready to ship within five (5) business days. However, some items require more production time - stated on each product page is the "Ready to Ship" time.

Shipping times do not include the day the package is shipped, weekends, weather delays, postal strikes, or holidays and is not a guaranteed delivery with FedEx Ground or USPS International.

NOTE: We do not offer Saturday delivery for our shipments. You may receive a package delivery on a Saturday, but this is not a guarantee.

We can ship our products Internationally, but cannot guarantee International delivery times due to customs. Also, the recipient will be responsible for additional costs of duties/taxes assessed by the government upon delivery.

Proofs are only provided for create-your-own products in which we receive actual artwork/images from the customer.

All other products are “WYSIWYG” (What you see is what you get!). For example, if the last name in the design is all capitals, then no matter how you write the couple’s last name, it too will be in all capitals. If the four-digit anniversary year is requested and the whole wedding date is submitted, only the four-digit anniversary year will be used. If information that is not requested is submitted, it will not be added. The template layout, designs, and fonts remain the same.

This simplifies the process and, hopefully, eliminates any confusion :)

We love to show our work and the great gifts we create with you. If it’s a gift for someone special, don’t worry, we always wait ninety (90) days before sharing any imagery to avoid spoiling any surprises. Places we share include our website, our blog, emails, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and occasionally through collaborations with other bloggers. If you do not want your image to be shared, please contact us.

The wine boxes do NOT come with wine.

No! Only a licensed dealer can ship alcohol. Shipping without a license is a felony - please abide by the law.

Each product page will state the compartment dimensions. However, our wine box compartments fit most standard 750ml wine and champagne bottles, as well as some liquor bottles. The largest bottle that will fit snugly in our standard compartment is 13” tall x 3-3/4” wide. For example, anything wider than a bottle of Dom Perignon will not fit.
