Handmade ceramic artistry takes time. Keep in mind, hand-crafted artistry differs from cookie-cutter factory made wares, stencils, and decals. Each ring dish is crafted entirely by hand. Variations occur and are part of the charm of hand-crafting. Each letter is individually positioned in the clay by hand, variations must be expected. Each dish is hand-formed from clay, then air-dried. The dish goes into the kiln for a 2,000 degree firing. Once cooled down, glaze is applied to the dish. Most dishes return to the kiln for a second firing. Then the metallic color is applied by hand, if ordered.

All personalization is created by pressing 3D letters, numbers into the wet clay. Computers are not used. Positioning for lettering may vary. If you require your dish to look like it was made with computers or in a factory, this is not the product for you.

GPS Tracking included for every order. Tracking will confirm delivery status. Per Etsy policy, we do not replace products or offer refunds on orders that have a verified and confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

All orders include a GPS shipping tracking number so you can follow online the delivery transit of your package. Make arrangements to be at the location where your package is shipping to so you can receive your delivery. Some dishes will have small flecks of color (black or red) in the clay. This is a natural occurrence and to be expected. These flecks are the size of pepper or smaller. Returns and refunds will not be accepted due to these issues. This dish is not intended for use with food. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions. Due to variances in color on computer, phone and tablet monitors, the color you are viewing may vary. All colors are represented as accurately as possible.
