100% Do not recommend. This bracelet is gorgeous, but after wearing it for 2 weeks, the silver finish wore off and copper showed thru. When I contacted the owner to ask that she replace the chain, she told me that a silver chain would cost an additional $75, which is nonsense. Sterling chain is relatively inexpensive at wholesale prices. My other option was to spend a credit of $25 in her store; she accepts no returns and I paid $32. Really disappointed.

This doesn't sound like my fault. I wouldn't be surprised if this person went in the Shower with it, or Swam with it. I've sold them before without issue. Also, I don't know that people understand this, but for $25 you're not getting Sterling Silver, or Stainless Steel. I never claimed that this was either, nor did the buyer ask any questions prior to purchasing. I did what I could, and offer a Store Credit. I even offered to honor the Credit in my other Etsy Shop as well, just to try to make this person happy. PLEASE ask any questions you want to ask, PRIOR to purchasing the Item. I'm more than happy to answer them. I'm all about Customer Service, as you may have read in my other reviews. But I don't appreciate when people assume, and never reach out. It's a waste of their money, and a waste of my time.

Absolutely love my new necklace. It was exactly what I was hoping for! Great quality and weight. Chain is sturdy as well. Super cute. Love it! Will buy from seller again :)
