The “Orbital Trooper” is a fan made Costume Armor Kit. This product is a fan creation and is not affiliated with Microsoft or 343 Industries.
The Standard Orbital Trooper Helmet Cast is sold as a 'Do It Yourself' untrimmed cast. The Orbital Trooper Helmet was first made as a papercraft model that was printed, reshaped, and molded for casting. The helmets are cast in 3-4 thick coats of gray/black Urethane Resin. This item is just the raw helmet casting only – ***THE HELMET VISOR MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY***.
The finished helmet shown is just an example of how it looks when completed. In order to complete the helmet you will need to trim the cast, fill minor imperfections in the surface with putty, sand the helmet smooth, paint it as you like, and install a visor of your choice. This Orbital Trooper Standard Helmet is the most universal One Size Fits All helmet kit on the market. In over 10 years of production this helmet has fit virtually every customer who has ordered it. It is a larger scaled helmet – made to fit heads up to 23” around with ample room for padding.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by Etsy. International orders will be billed for International Shipping Fees - duty fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. There are no price breaks for multiple orders. The items are shipped insured, with tracking, in a strong, heavily padded carton.
