When will I receive my order?

***My current production time is 2 weeks plus shipping time. Please make sure you are aware of my production time before ordering and allow that full amount of time plus 3-5 business days for shipping.*** Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday may be processed on the following Monday.

How long will shipping take?

The USPS website states U.S. priority mail usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed arrival date. There are no refunds for the product or shipping charges if the mail carrier delivers your package late. IMPORTANT! Please be sure you have your correct address listed in your Etsy account account. I will ALWAYS ship to the exact address in your Etsy account.

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

All items in my shop are made-to-order, unless stated otherwise. If you need to cancel your order, you must notify me with in 24 hours of purchase. Because of the custom nature of my products, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please be sure to read the listing description carefully and order the correct sizes based on the child's measurements. Please message me if you have any concerns with sizing. In the rare case that you receive your package and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 24 hours of package delivery. If a return has been agreed upon you will be responsible for the return shipping. The refund will be made after I have received the product back in its original condition ONLY.

*I highly recommend you measure your child to ensure a proper fit. Please check the listing for the correct way to measure. The measurements listed are standard sizes and may not be right for each child. Please contact me if you have any questions. *My ribbon trimmed tutus are made short and will not fully cover diapers or underwear. I highly recommend your child wear bloomers or shorts/leggings underneath the tutu, especially for older girls.

Anything else I should know?

*Please be aware that the colors of my materials will vary from one another. My hot pink satin ribbon may be a slightly different shade than my hot pink felt or shabby flower. I always try my best to match the colors as closely as possible, but sometimes it is not possible. *Please be aware that I cannot recreate an outfit that you send me a picture of. I will do my best to create my version of that outfit or tutu, but it will not be exactly the same. *Some items may contain small parts, adult supervision is advised.

Please select all of the pieces you want from the drop-down menu. For example: If you want the top only, select the Top Only option, if you want the top and tutu, select the Top-Tutu option and so on. The SS option is for Short Sleeve and the LS is for Long Sleeves. This is not a dress, but a separate top and tutu. Note that the listing photos are examples only and are mostly a size 12-18 months. Larger sizes may look slightly different than the model. Your purchase is made to order.

TOP: The shirt style is shown in the listing photos. The design on each shirt is made of professional grade heat press vinyl. It has a soft feel and washes beautifully with no peeling or cracking. Wash inside out on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach. Iron inside out on low heat without steam.

TUTU: The tutu is made with yards of tulle lined with beautiful lengths of ribbon. It is then sewn around an elastic waistband. I use non-roll, stretchy elastic for added comfort and growth. The elastic will stretch a few more inches to grow with your child. This tutu is made short and will not fully cover diapers or underwear. I highly recommend your child wear bloomers or shorts/leggings underneath the tutu. Spot clean and hand wash only. Hang to dry.

HAIRBOW: The hair bow measures 4-5" wide and will come on a stretchy nylon headband. The headband will either be white or black depending on the main colors of your outfit.

Be aware the listing photos are a representation of what you will be receiving. All items are handmade to order. Because of this the outfit you receive may vary slightly from the listing photos. This is because dye lots for tulle, ribbon, flowers, and elastic can vary from time to time. I am also making these items by hand so placement of the designs may also vary slightly.
