3. In the notes section leave the thread color for the main monogram, the baptism date and three initials ONLY. That is, three initials representing FIRST-LAST-MIDDLE. For example, "pink thread, ABC", "blue thread, GHT". Why not just leave the full name and have me construct the monogram? Because these days it can be difficult to interpret middle and last names and it does not make the process easier. Additionally, if you say "the initials are ABC" I may think you are talking about full name initials, this is confusing. Please just don't use the word initials:) Information left that does not conform to this will require additional verification and will delay your order or result in cancellation.
