Your order will be safely delivered at your mailing address.Please allow 10-20 days for order preparation prior to shipping.
Please note however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Before purchasing I recommend checking the import taxes and fees, as they are NOT included in the cost of the purchase or shipping and handling.
Please call your country's customs office if you would like an idea of fees that may be applied upon your purchase.

Please note that I am not able to estimate for you what your country will charge you in import fees when you buy a piece from me. They will be added upon receipt in the buyer's country. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.

Q:Can i pay via credit card if i don't have a Pay Pal account??

Purchasing with a Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card through PayPal:

Once you're redirected to PayPal:
1) Instead to "login", select the option "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or "Pay as Guest" on the bottom of the page.

3) You'll need to enter your email address, so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy Check out to review and submit your final order.
Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Custom orders are always welcome! Just convo me and we’ll bring your idea to life!

Q: I recently saw a 14k yellow gold and turquoise ring but I prefer it in 14k white gold set with tourmaline, can you do that for me?
A: We are very flexible with custom orders and we can accommodate almost any request concerning metal, stone or size. Please message me with your request before purchasing to determine the availability and if there is any additional cost. You can write to me via the Etsy site and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Can I have a name or a word engraved?
A: Personal engravings are possible for a fee of $6.00 per word.

Q: How long will it take to make and ship my order?
A: Because each item is handmade individually. It takes 10-20 days for me to handcraft your piece of jewelry prior to shipping.

Q: I've never purchased items from international sellers, is it reliable?
A: Yes, it is reliable. We send items through registered mail and DHL, depending on the value of the item. Item’s valuing over $350 are sent via DHL. The payment is made though PayPal. They have millions of customers around the world who use it because it is simple and reliable. The service allows almost anyone to pay online or on mobile, without sharing their financial information with the sellers.


Q: I see you have a large jewelry collection; do you have all of the items in stock? How soon will I get my item after I ordered it?
A: As each and every piece is specially handcrafted may have slight variations from the original photograph. My policy estimates 10-20 days to prepare your order prior to shipping.

Q: How can I select my ring size?
A: Ring sizes can be found on the drop-down menu. They are listed in US ring sizes and if you're not sure how to convert your ring size, please contact me at any time and we will convert it for you. We are familiar with most of the world's international ring sizing standards from various countries and will help you determine your size from your local standards. For all rings, larger than a size 9, there is an additional charge.

Q: Can I give you one of my stones to set in a piece?
A: Yes, depending on what you want to do with it and I have all the specifications, we can discuss options based on the stone you provide. This includes diamonds and other precious and semi-precious gemstones.

Q: What is oxidation?

For jewelry, oxidation is the process of tarnishing the finish of a metal. This tarnishing adds subtle or drastic color changes, depending on the oxidation process and the metal. It also brings out highlights or details of fine features on the jewelry or metal surface.
