Take care of your slippers For hand stiched soles 1) Freshen up your woolen slippers by shaking them and getting rid of crumbled dirt, clean them with the vacuum cleaner and leave to ventilate for a few hours. 2) Dry clean. For latex soles Hand wash felted slippers in a warm water with a small amount of wool cleaning agent. Let woolen footwear dry naturally in a room temperature. Caution: do not leave felted slippers with latex soles in a direct sunlight!

These bright ENVELOPE women slippers is a unique footwear you can’t find in any other shop. Its manufacturing technology of layering wool in specific way to make your feet look smaller was created by Bure Bure founder Inga. Slippers are 100 % handfelted from natural wool. Each pair features recycled leather labels and removable woolen insoles.

This model is designed for narrow feet. If you have wide feet or high arches, envelope slippers might not be the best option.

HEALTHY AND NATURAL. Wool slippers prevent sweating and massage the feet. Because of the insulation of wool fibers, feet remain cool on a hot day and warm on a cool day. Felt making is one of the purest processes in textile. Using just hot water and soap, wool is turned into natural and renewable felt material, which is eco-friendly and almost weightless.

MAKING AND SHIPPING. We avoid a waste of materials, which is a frequent issue in an industrial manufacturing, so please keep in mind that felting process starts ONLY after an order is confirmed. It takes up to 5 days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

LIKE A SECOND SKIN. BureBure slippers are designed to wear on bare feet. New shoes usually feel a bit tight/close-fitting. Do not worry, they gradually widen and adjust to feet size.

CHOOSE SOLES. 2-layered soles made handmade from 2mm thick recycled leather or suede and cork. Hand-stitched with waxed thread and also glued with water-based glue. Can be worn indoor and outdoor when it's dry.

EASY TO TAKE CARE OF. Felted boot with hand-stitched soles - dry clean or vacuum-clean them and then leave to ventilate for a few hours. Slippers with latex- wash them in lukewarm water with a small amount of wool cleaning agent and then leave to dry naturally at room temperature.

CAUTION: do not leave slippers with latex soles in a direct sunlight!
