I received the sign broken - what to do?

If you receive your sign broken please inform me ASAP and send me photos of the broken / damaged item and photos of the damaged package as well (the label with your name should be seen). I will replace the damaged item or I will make a refund. No additional shipping will be charged in cases of damaged or defective products when sending a replacement. Please retain the product in the original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

I have never received the item?

After I ship your order I will send you a tracking number within 1-2 business days. That way you will be able to get updates on the delivery at any given time. In the message I will also include an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive the item 4-5 days after this date please INFORM me.

Amazing product.....just as beautiful as shown in the picture. There was a hiccup during delivery due to poor handling with the mailing system. I contacted Svetulka who was very understanding and resolved the problem immediately. Overall great product and excellent communication with the owner!
