Fantastic customer service! The ring was a bit rosier than I wanted because of the gold fill. But they responded immediately, burnished and buffed it some more to give it the deep gold I was looking for & quickly shipped it back to me. I absolutely love it! It's exactly the color I wanted. Super comfortable too.
