ADDRESSING:
The items will be shipped worldwide to the address you have provided on etsy.com. Please, make sure your Etsy address is correct.
However, If you would like to use another address for receiving the item, please let me know as soon as you place the order or in advance!

SHIPPING COMPANIES:
All purchased items will be shipped via registered priority air mail using the Bulgarian official Government Posts services, or German Post services. Your local Post service will have a responsibility for the delivering process in your country.

TRACKING:
The tracking number provided by the Bulgarian Government Post service shows the movement of the package until it leaves the country. Next tracking update is available when the package enters your country. Your local delivery companies are responsible for providing the tracking update. However, some post operators in some countries such as Australia, Canada, Israel, United Kingdom, Germany and some more, do not provide any tracking updates.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
I'm not responsible for any wrong addresses provided by you, as well as any packages considered as "UNCLAIMED" by the delivery company.

Also, please, consider that the buyers are responsible for any country or customs charges, taxes or additional postal fees.

The items usually enter the US by way of ISC (International sorting centers) in NY or IL. Delivery time depends of your distance from NY or IL. Once the package enters the ISC in US, USPS will take care for the delivery process to your door, and a tracking information will be available on the USPS web site (usps.com) as well.
