This beautiful dog harness dress has a soft cotton bodice with a pink powder puff design and is fully lined. The full tutu skirt is alternating pink and white tulle. There is a pink chiffon rose accent with pearls which is removable for easy cleaning. The neck is accented with an organza polka dot and sequin ruffle. A sweet summer dress for your baby girl!

All inside seams are covered to avoid irritation from open seams and each dress bodice is lined and interfaced to add structure and durability. There is a D-ring tab for easy leash attachment which is triple sewn for strength. Sizes XXLarge to 4X do not come with a d-ring as larger dogs may pull too strongly and tear the garment.Velcro straps at the neck and waist allow easy adjustments. Velcro should always be closed when not in use or when cleaned to avoid snagging. Tutus skirt/dress skirt will not be as full on larger sizes and appliques will will be the same size, but will appear smaller due to the larger bodice. Due to manufacturer availability, some materials and accents become back-ordered or unavailable. If so, we will replace with an equal or better item.
