USA customers: Most orders will get delivered within 5-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped. Please refer to the shipping provider for delivery schedules on weekends. There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays. Domestic shipping cost includes tracking information.
International customers: Delivery time for international customers 3-4 weeks, depending on your local customs, weather, distance, and other factors. Package tracking may or may not be available in your country. Although you may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take 5 or more weeks for delivery. I do ship packages very timely, so this is solely based on distance and local factors of your country.

Please understand that once packages are accepted and in the care and hands of the USPS, any delays will be the responsibility of the Post Office.
However, my number one goal is customer service, so please, feel free to contact me if your package being delayed, missing, or damaged. I will be happy to help and do my best to resolve the issue. Please do not rush to open case until you receive a response from me, this will save a lot of time and hustle for both of us.
