All items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Domestic packages usually take 2-5 business days and international packages usually take about 2 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. These times are only estimates and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

No, there is one flat shipping fee per order. A shipping fee is charged for the first item and any additional items added to the order will ship with no additional fee.

I am unable to sell to any country where shipping insurance is unavailable or to any country where the US has current embargoes against. I reserve the right to cancel sales to additional countries if insurance availability changes or if required by US law in the future.

Also, Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan).

If your package was received damaged, I will need to see photos of the damage. The buyer will be required to fill out any forms needed for insurance purposes before a refund will be given.

For lost parcels, you must wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for International locations. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing.

Claims for damaged or missing items can be filed immediately.
