This review is specifically about the absolutely amazing customer service! I was ordering these bags as a gift to be specially customized for a trip and I wasn't completely sure of what format I wanted. The seller was fantastic about quickly responding to show me examples and make suggestions. I am so happy with the end result and was so surprised with how quickly she mailed it out! I initially wasn't sure if I could give the gift when I wanted, but working with this seller made sure the bags got to me far in advance!
