Unfortunately the picture and the actual product are very different from one another. The size of the bag is about half or maybe less of what this picture seems to be. Waited about 3 weeks for it to come as well....

I am sorry for your dissapointing experience, all the pictures are of the actual products and the sizes are included in the product description. We have a processing time of 3-5 days and the shipping to US takes about 10-12 working days, which is also stated in our Etsy shop.

Great experience, the bag is beautifu, just like the picture! It took it's time to arrive but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this store/bag.

Bag is excellent quality. I tried contacting the seller with my mobile number to add to the shipping label, and didn’t receive a response. Outside of that one issue, that bag is beautiful and worth it. ❣️❣️🥰
