The ring is beautiful! Its durable and strong too (I had mines for two years, daily use) The only downside is the shipping can take a while depending on where you live because international shipping but the shop ships next day....... I like to use the spinning rings to bring me back into the present moment because I tend to day dream and also overthink. I breathe and spin the rings rhythmically to ground myself it works like a charm every single time.
