If you're buying a personalised product, please write your required text in the personalisation box in the listing. If you need more space or have other comments to add you will see a ‘notes to seller’ section at the checkout after adding your products to your cart.

I'm happy to show a proof after an order has been placed if you request to see one. They will not be sent as standard. Please note that the processing time for your order may be extended depending on how long it takes for you to respond to the proof confirmation and whether or not you would like it tweaked.

The majority of my orders are sent in hard backed envelopes and A4 prints are sent boxed, both of which are fully recyclable. The prints and greeting cards will come in a protective clear sleeve.

Gift wrap paper finished with a bow can be purchased at the checkout which comes with an optional gift note - perfect if you are sending your order directly to somebody else as a gift. Styles of paper will vary throughout the year depending on seasons, but if you're buying for a specific occasion please let me know and I'll try my best to match the paper.

I do offer prints and greeting cards as wholesale to other small businesses! If you own a shop or website and would like to stock any of my products, feel free to reach out for my minimum order quantity and pricing.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure your full name and delivery address is displayed correctly as our labels are generated automatically with Royal Mail with what's given at the checkout. if you notice you've made a mistake after completing the checkout, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order has not already been dispatched, I can manually change this for you.
