When will my items arrive?

Currently, our lead time prior to shipping is about 1-3 business days. We working as hard as we can to expand our operations and make this better. For domestic orders, items will usually arrive roughly 3-6 days after that with standard shipping and 2-4 days with priority. For international orders, there is considerable variance and we are unable to always make accurate estimates. As always, feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering with any additional questions. If you need the order more quickly in order to hit a deadline or specific date, please reach out and we will see what we can do.

Our cutter sizes are approximate and refer to the cutout size (though usually they do not vary by much outside of the stated size), and are determined by the larger of the width or height, so a 3” cutter will be either 3” wide OR tall with the other dimensions appropriately scaled as shown in the listing image, height (cutting depth) is around 0.6” regardless of size selected though we can customize this as needed - feel free to reach out and we can work to meet your requirements.

Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe, but can be washed in warm water (less than 130 degrees F). They should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

What color are your cutters?

Color of the cutters themselves will sometimes vary from the color in the image shown based on what colors we have available to us at the time (though they generally will be Red); if you need a specific color please contact us directly prior to purchase and we are happy to help in any way we can.

All sales are final, though we will allow cancellations before shipping the order. We are not responsible for postal service mishandling or delays, which may cause late delivery or package loss in transit.
