This is a hand-drawn instant download re-scalable file, designed and lettered by me. No fonts or clipart are used in creating any of my designs; each one is drawn by hand and then taken into the computer and converted into a digital format for you to use in your personal DIY projects. This is what makes them completely unique to my shop – you won’t find this lettering style anywhere else! :)

I create my personal wood signs using a different method of hand-painting, but these files allow you to achieve a similar look, all on your own. Whether its transferring with graphite and coloring in your lines, or using a die cut machine, you can use the files that you purchase to create a unique look. You can also simply print the images and frame them for a unique, inexpensive piece of art, or cut the files to make your own vinyl decals! (A vinyl decal is not included with your purchase.)

Specifics:
• 5 files included to download; a png, pdf, dxf, high-res jpg and svg file
• For help with downloading your files, see https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949
• I am unable to provide assistance on importing my files into your cut machine software.
• My logo will not appear in your files, just the lettering which will be on a white/transparent background.
• Please be patient while I add a variety of new designs. :) My designs take much longer to create than other shops since I hand draw them.

DIGITAL FILES LICENSING
You CAN:
1. Print/cut files for your personal use only. Personal use is defined by non-commercial use. Commercial use is sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Give away a print out (not the digital files) as a gift. Digital files may not be shared. If something happens to your files (i.e. computer crash or accidental deletion), please contact us.

You CANNOT:
1. Gift or share the digital files through email, USB, disc, or any other way.
2. Sell the print out, digital files, or anything you make using our files unless proper commercial licensing is purchased.
3. Use the printable file or print out, or other digital files for commercial use, on a website, or to promote a product. Pease see my commercial licensing options in order to sell items using my art.

Purchasing a digital file from our shop does not transfer the rights to the buyer. Copyright still belongs to The Smudge Factory™. By purchasing a digital file, you agree to all the terms stated above.

I am not a copy machine; I will not copy someone else's work. I can take ideas from something you like and come up with my own design, but I can not - and will not - reproduce someone else's work for profit. If you find an item somewhere that is similar to something in my shop, please know that outside of using common phrases - many of which are suggested by my customers - all my items are my personal property.
