Traditional wooden photo frame in our "Wood Wedge" style molding. This slightly distressed finish frame style features a natural wood strip down the center for a unique look. Frame profile width is 1.5 inches. Choose your small frame size - 2x2 up to 24x36 inches.*

Pick your size and VINTAGE (distressed) finish color from our selections in the drop down menu. The wedge portion will be NATURAL POPLAR unless noted in the personalization bar.

Frames are built to order. Please allow 3 weeks for frames to be completed before shipping.

***IMPORTANT*** (Sorry, we know it's a long read but please bear with us!)
-Sizes listed in the drop-down menu are of what the frame can hold, we add about 1/16” of wiggle room so that your photo/artwork slides in and out easily
-The front viewing area of the frame will be overall ½” smaller than what is listed given that the lip of the fame covers ¼” all around
-If you would prefer we size up your frame a little bit and build yours with an “exact viewing area” of the dimensions chosen please specify that in the note to seller at checkout

**Included in each frame**

•Glass
-Sizes 11x14” and smaller come with regular glass
-Sizes larger than 11x14” or with an asterisks (*) ship with gallery plexiglass
-Glass can be upgraded to non-glare or UV resistant for an extra charge

•Acid free backing
-Either 1/8” foam core or 1/16” mat board with be included in each frame to help preserve the photo/artwork

•Plywood backing for a finished look and stamped with our logo

•Hanging hardware both vertically and horizontally
-Small/medium metal sawtooth hangers are used on small/medium sized frames, sizes approximately 13x19” and larger come with metal d-rings and wire

•Free standing option
-Sizes 8x10” and smaller automatically come with a wooden dowel that fits into the back of the frame to allow it to be free-standing. Dowels can be added to larger sizes upon request

•Mats
-Mats are included for free in sizes 11x14” and smaller *upon request*, all larger frames will need to purchase our $8 add-on mat listing
-If your frame qualifies for a free mat please don’t add the add-on mat listing to your cart because Etsy won’t automatically take that charge off, instead just put your mat details (color and opening size) in the “note to seller” box at checkout

We take pride in the fact that our frames are built using environmentally-friendly materials from local vendors, we primarily use poplar and hardwood for our painted frames and have recently introduced more specialty woods.
In addition to being environmentally-friendly, our frames are good looking, very sturdy and feature a "glass smooth" finish. Each frame that we make goes through a 6 or sometimes 7 step finish process.

Q: My print measures 5" x 7". What size frame should I order?

A: The frame sizes listed in our shop refer to the opening on the back of the frame (the size the frame will HOLD).
The viewing area on the front of the frame will be slightly smaller to allow for the frame edge overlap.

If you want a frame built to an exact "viewing area" size, send us a message and we will create a custom listing for you or give you tips on the correct size to purchase.

If you need a frame that fits in a specific spot on a wall, you can let us know the "overall outside dimensions" you need.
For a standard 5x7" photo with a little bit of the edge covered all the way around, you should order a 5x7 frame.

Q: I would like a mat with my frame. Is this possible?

We include mats at no extra charge with the purchase of frames 11x14 and smaller. For larger mats or mat-only orders, please contact us for a price quote.

Q: Are your mats Archival quality?

A: We only use mats that conform to all conservation standards. They are fade and bleed resistant and are 100% acid free.

Q: Can I order a custom-sized item, and what is the cost?

A: Yes, for sure! We can customize our sizes. When contacting us about a custom frame, it is helpful to come to us with the following information to streamline the process:

• The dimensions of your artwork
• Frame style and color desired

Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply and refrain from sending multiple messages as it backs up our inbox causing a more delayed response.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order once it is placed?

A: Once we receive payment, we begin construction of your frame order. All of our frames are built from scratch starting with raw wood, with the exception of frames in our ready-made SHIPS TODAY section: https://www.etsy.com/shop/signedandnumbered?ref=seller-platform-mcnav§ion_id=17273576

The process takes approximately 2-3 weeks from start to finish. We strive for quality over quantity so sometimes things can take longer than originally anticipated but if you're needing your order by a certain date please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate :)

Q: What is the largest frame size you can make?

A: We can build frames at any size- we have built 7-foot long frames before for local customers... BUT, because we are shipping frames on Etsy, we are limited to the sizes that can safely be shipped via USPS or UPS. Some larger sized frames may require an oversize shipping charge, if you would like a size larger than what's listed in our store please reach out :) On sizes larger than around 11 x 14 inches, we use gallery plexiglass instead of regular glass for safety in shipping.

Q: I am ordering more than one frame. Can I get a price discount?

A: We typically give price discounts on bulk orders of 10 or more frames. The discount is 10% off of the listed price. Since each frame is made by hand, regardless of how many are ordered, we cannot offer special discounts for only a couple of frames since they are quite labor intensive.

Oh, my goodness! This frame was so beautifully and well made! I picked it strictly because I had the option to choose my colors, however the quality and workmanship is just phenomenal.
