Custom and personalized orders

***All custom and personalized orders are final once they are placed. This includes any already produced items in my shop that you may require in a larger quantity than available in my shop. They cannot be cancelled or changed once your custom listing has been paid for as any special glass needs required to fill your order may have been already ordered on my end, or production may have already started in my studio. All custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there was damage to items in shipping, which at that point will require photos of said damage for shipping insurance purposes.***

Gift wrapping and packaging

***I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.*** ***All glass is bubble wrapped for safe shipping. I always use recycled boxes to ship my items, so be aware that your glass may come in a different retailers box. I will always use CLEAN bubble wrap, packing peanuts or any other type of protection to wrap with. By using recycled packing materials I'm doing my part to keep these items out of the landfills and to also keep my costs down on all of my items in my shop. ***
