MARS 15 Super Strong Top-Stitch Thread for Leather and Heavy-Weight Materials, 1094 Yard Spools

MARS 15 is a super strong and thick thread that's perfect for beautiful top-stitching on leather and other heavy materials. It's made of bonded 100% continuous polyester and is stronger than many nylon threads. (We are very picky about threads for leather work!) We use this thread on our heavy-duty Juki DNU-1541 walking foot machine and it works perfectly and produces even, durable stitches with just the right amount of shine. Recommended needle sizes are 140-160, but a 120 can work too.

Sold by the spool. Each spool contains 1,094 yards (1000 meters). It's manufactured in Poland by Amanda Threads, a company that we're pleased to present to the North American market.

Please note that colors may appear different from one computer screen to another. We've taken a bunch of time getting the images to look as close-as-possible to real life colors, and also tried to describe the colors in words. That said, if you have any recommendations for us about how to more clearly show and describe the colors, we'd be happy to hear from you!
