The cost of shipping was a bit high for my liking ($30 total for a 15oz coffee mug is wild), but the seller shipped almost immediately and it came super fast! I also love supporting small businesses so I didn't mind *as* much. The mug is exactly as described/pictured and the quality of both the mug and the printing is terrific! Just might be my new favorite mug.
