Terrible communication, and very bad at shipping. Ordered this kit back in January 2017 for my birthday. It's now march. Then had the nerve to accuse my address of being fraudulent. I have about 5-10 packages a month from all kinds of different Etsy Shops, never have had any problems until this experience. Now let's get to the dye kit, in my opinion it could have been better. Will be picking a different indigo dye shop for my next project.

I shipped this item the next day of order and it was USPS that couldn't find the address and I went through the trouble of shipping it a second time at my own cost to ensure the customer received their order. The customer did not respond to my requests for information and only told me it was received went I started to wonder if this was a fraudulent order.

Item is fine, inconsistent size but it’s a handmade item. Asked owner about refund for shipping as it was delivered to my house by the owner. No reply. Shipping was almost as much as 1 dryer ball.

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who loves dinosaurs. They are a perfect size, she wears a 4-5T. I asked the seller to add eyes on them, which she did. I can’t wait to give these to my granddaughter, she’s going to love them! EDIT: Granddaughter loved them, they fit perfectly. However, on Christmas Day when she received them, the red spine of the Dino came unstitched and fell off the glove. Disappointed to say the least.
