I don’t offer discounts on request; any current offers are displayed in my shop. My prices are all carefully calculated to allow for materials, postage, taxes, overheads, commission and the time it takes me to create each item (especially when it comes to personalised products). As such, prices are not negotiable.

I won’t draw skylines based on a single request; each skyline takes several days to research, plan and draw. I’m always happy to listen to any suggestions, and if I get a few suggestions for the same place I’ll add it to my list of skylines to draw. However I need to be sure there’s a definite demand for each skyline before I invest the time in drawing it.

Please do double check I've not already drawn the skyline you are looking for - just use the "search" function in my shop.

If you're interested in a bespoke commission I'm happy to give you a quote - just send over a full list of the landmarks you'd like me to include (+ photos if necessary); please be aware that this will normally be £300+, dependent on the time it's likely to take me.

I’m afraid I don’t offer my illustrations as digital downloads for copyright reasons.

I currently offer my prints in two sizes, regular (21 x 30cm) and large (30 x 42cm) as standard. However I can source my prints in bigger sizes, up to A0. Please get in touch if you are interested in me quoting you for a larger size.

I currently only offer the sunshine coloured backgrounds on my prints; I don't have any plans to offer these on my greetings cards at present.

I am not currently VAT registered; the VAT no shown on my Etsy shopfront is not current. I have contacted Etsy and asked them to remove it but they're unable to. Sorry for any confusion. UK customers are not charged any VAT on their purchases.
