Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you based on your order information. Please check all information before submitting your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect with the product or a human error is made in the studio while adding the monogram.

When leaving monogram information, it is best to provide the full name (first, middle, last).

Traditional female monogram order is first, LAST, middle. The last name initial is larger in the center of the monogram.

Traditional male monogram order is first, middle, last with all the letters in the same height.

For most garments, we suggest washing them inside out on the delicate cycle and line dried. Iron on the inside, if needed. Any other special care instructions are listed on the product page. As always, please send a message if you have any questions. We are happy to help.
