This was initially created for my own child's teachers which including the first name of each child in the class, the year level and year, a 'Thank-you' with the Teacher's Name. I can tell you, it was always well received and a great memory of the whole class for that year.
I can customised this any way you would like it to be customised.
The coloured bands have been added on this one so the school colours can be included.

For personalisation, make sure you supply the following details/brief...

What to include in your brief;
> The first name of each class member
> Class level or name eg: 3C or 5 Yellow
> the year
> School colours
> Teacher's Title and Surname

Once you place your order I will start creating the artwork and have a proof ready for you to view in approximately 1-2 days.
Keep an eye out for the proof because I won't send the final file until you have approved the artwork.
When the artwork is approved, I'll prepare the final file as a PDF and send your order through.
