Disappointed with the tutu I purchased. I assumed it was stretchy (like most kids tutus!) but it’s a tie on, which is hard to keep on a one year old since they don’t have any hips. The waist is also quite hard, so as my baby rolls around it would be very uncomfortable. Needless to say, she won’t be wearing this and I now have to scramble to find a different outfit for her first birthday.

Oh no! I am sorry this customer is disappointed. I choose the wrap around waist over the elastic because it can be adjusted to the babies exact waist size. Move the tulle along the ribbon to make it a nice snug fit. My tutus should be worn over something. I use more stiff tulle so they stick straight out!! A T-shirt or body suit would do the trick.
