Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping at this point. We pack with a lot of bubble wrap and take every precaution so that the items arrive safe and in one piece. This unfortunately doesn't leave us much room for gift wrapping. However we can include a short message from you to the recipient. Just let us know in the "message to seller" during checkout.

Sizing & glaze/color details

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS OF THE LISTING. All sizes listed are approximate due to the handmade nature of Marietta's work and there may be slight variations between the piece in the photo and the one you are purchasing. If you order a "Made to Order" item, you accept that the item you will receive may not be exactly the same as the photographs in the listing, and that sometimes there may be variations of the glaze colors. This is due to firing conditions, which are beyond our control. This may happen especially with the runny highlight glazes which are very sensitive to temperature in the kiln.

"Made to Order" items / cancellations, and what to do if you need an item by a specific date

Please read the description of the listing you are interested in. **Made to Order items cannot be canceled once the cancellation deadline has passed** If you need an item by a specific date and it is a "Made to Order" piece, check the estimated shipping dates (we try to keep those updated), and let us know in the "message to seller" during checkout about any deadlines. This way we can let you know if it is possible. Thank you :)

Do you accept credit / debit cards?

All payments are handled by ETSY and you can use all payments that ETSY accepts. We have no control over your payment and we can't see any of the details.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

Although we pack very well to avoid damage, the USPS does still sometimes break pieces in transit. If this happens, don't worry! We always ship with insurance.

How do I file a damage claim?

If your order arrives damaged just let us know right away (no more than 3 days after receipt). Take a photo of the damaged piece and packing material and DO NOT throw the damaged item and packing material away. Send the photos to us so we can file a damage claim. Your damaged item will be replaced/refunded AFTER the insurance claim is paid. Unfortunately we cannot replace/refund a damaged item until then. You will need to cooperate with the insurance investigation, and reply to any inquiries from the insurance company in a timely fashion. After the claim is paid/settled you can dispose of the broken item and packing material as you see fit. NO NEED to mail them back to us.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

We ship to the address you entered during checkout. If you entered the wrong address, please message us asap via the ETSY conversation system. As a courtesy, we can usually make the address change if you let us know in time, but cannot guarantee it. The best way to insure your order ships to the correct address is to enter it during checkout. If a package is returned because you entered the wrong address you will have to repay shipping charges for us to re-ship it.

A cute addition to your kitchen equally functional and decorative.

The four (4) measuring cups include one of each of the following sizes:

one (1) cup -- 5 1/4" wide by 2" high
half (1/2) cup -- 4 1/2" wide by 1 3/4" high
one third (1/3) cup -- 4" by 1 1/2" high
one fourth (1/4) cup

*** As these are handmade ceramic pieces, there may be some slight variation in size due to thickness of the dipped glaze and shrinkage in the firing. The measures shown are approximate and may vary slightly (these are not lab accurate measuring instruments).

Glazed with my beautiful vibrant cobalt blue shiny glaze and topped with my grey silver blue blueberry glaze as highlights.

Food safe, microwave safe, dishwasher safe (in low setting), but hand washing recommended.

This is a production piece which we make on a regular basis. The one you will be getting may be very slightly different, due to the handmade nature of the object, but just as beautiful!

These little ceramic measuring cups are simply beautiful! I had to learn to be a bit careful because they are wide and flat, and therefore not very deep ... so you must take care not to spill things.
