Below are the most popular ornament requests we receive when it comes to creating our ornaments. Each option is explained below.
❶ Ornament 'As Shown' | Choose the 'As Shown' option to create the ornament shown. Enter baby's name and birth date or year in the personalization field at the time of purchase.
❷ Custom Ornament | If you would like to make changes to the advertised ornament, choose the 'Custom Ornament' option and enter the details in the personalized field. A mock-up will be provided for approval.
❸ 2 Sided Ornament | If you would like to add a personalized message to the back of the ornament, choose the '2 Sided Ornament' option from the drop-down menu. By choosing this option, your ornament will be created exactly like the advertised ornament with baby's name & birth date or year and in addition, your message will be added on the back. A mock-up will be provided for your approval.
❹ Custom 2 Sided | If you would like to make design changes to the advertised ornament and also add a message to the back of the ornament, please choose the 'Custom 2 sided' option from the drop-down menu. A mock-up will be provided for approval.
If you choose an option that requires a mock-up, please check your Etsy messages frequently to avoid delays.

I receive a lot of questions during the holiday regarding Christmas ornaments. All questions are important to me however, it is a hectic time and difficult time to respond in a timely manner. I do my best to provide as much info in advance to avoid delayed responses.
Q: If I order this today, will it arrive before Christmas?
A: Please refer to our holiday schedule for a 'Christmas Delivery'. Additionally, we offer a special 'Ornament Rush Order Service' which will ensure an on-time delivery once our deadline has passed. I do continue to strive to have as many ornaments out for an on-time delivery without the purchase of a 'Rush Order' however, it is not guaranteed.
Q: How do I send you my photo(s)?
A: Please send a message through Etsy...below the text box, there is a 'blue button' that reads 'Attach Image'....you are able to attach up to 3 images.
Q: I am ordering more than 1 photo ornament, what is the best way to send the info?
A: Please include ALL details for each ornament in the personalization field provided at the time of purchase. To be sure the correct photo is added to the correct ornament, please send a separate convo for each ornament. Label each convo with the name that goes on the ornament....or, be sure to describe accurately which photo goes with each ornament. The photos are not labeled with numbers and they are not labeled with the 'file name' you provided when you created your file...so an accurate description will be helpful.
Q: Can I make changes to the ornament that is advertised?
A: Yes, I'm happy to make changes. Please select the custom ornament option if you wish to make changes to the design of the ornament advertised in the listing and be sure to included all changes in the personalization field at the time of purchase.
Q: Can I add 2 photos instead on 1 photo?
A: Yes, you can customize our ornament anyway you wish. Please select the custom option if you are making a design changes to the ornament advertised. Be sure to include ALL details in the personalization field at the time of purchase.
Q: Can you make your 'Photo Block Ornaments' 'Non-Distressed'?
A: Yes....I'm happy to make the ornaments in a 'Non-Distressed Finish' if you prefer however, due to my unique photo transfer process, I cannot guarantee that the photos will be 'Non-Distressed'... there may be slight traces of distression but will do my best to minimize.
Q: Can you use a different hanger other than rusty wire?
A: Yes, if you prefer, I can hang them with the ivory ribbon or twine. Be sure to add this request in the personalization field at the time of purchase. There is no extra charge for this request.
Q: I will be sending my ornament purchase directly to the recipient. Can you include a note?
A: Yes, I'm always happy to include a note and a gift receipt. You MUST include the note you wish to add in the 'Message to Seller' section at the time of purchase. Also, be sure to change the 'shipping address' at the time of purchase. If you make this request 'after' a purchase, I cannot guarantee that I will see the request before it is too late.
Q: Do you offer other ribbon colors other than Ivory?
A: Currently I offer only the 'Ivory Silk Ribbon'. However, we will be sure to update the listings if this changes. Occasionally, I will have other colors on hand from previous projects. You are welcome to request another color and if we have it, we will use it..... but Ivory will always be the back up choice and our main ribbon color.
Q: Do you offer coupon codes?
A: Yes...you will find them in our 'Policy Section' and also at times, on our 'Announcement Page'...Instagram and Facebook too!.
Q: Can you please confirm that you have received my order?
A: Once you have made your purchase, you receive confirmation from Etsy....within this confirmation, I also include a note. You can also view your orders by scrolling to the top of your etsy page and by clicking on 'You'...then, 'Purchase & Reviews'...You will see your purchase there which will also confirm that your order has been received.
Q: Did you ship my order?
A: You will receive delivery confirmation once your order ships. Please check your email for the delivery confirmation.
Q: Can you give me an update on my order?
A: It is extremely difficult to give updates during busy times. Respectively, if you are going to require updates, please consider purchasing a rush order. I am working diligently and making every effort to create all orders in a timely manner.
Q: How big does the photo need to be?
A: Using a high-resolution photo is recommended. You are welcome to crop your photo before sending however, I am happy to crop photos for you. The photo needs to be 'square' if you choose to crop yourself. If you do not describe how you want the photos cropped, they will be cropped using my best judgement as to what will look best.
Q: Can you make my photo(s) black & white?
A: Yes. I can make color photos 'black & white' but we can't make 'black & white' photos in 'color'. Although some examples show photos in 'black & white', your photos will not be in black & white unless you request black & white photos or unless you provide black & white photos.
Q: Are the ornaments in the photos 'actual size'?
A: I do my best to take close up photos so that you can see the details clearly. Please refer to the measurements provided for each ornament, not the size of the photo for the true size.
