My artworks come with small commercial use. You may use my clipart to create your own artwork to sell, but it must be incorporated into your own design, it means you must add your own elements: text, background, pictures or other elements, etc

Limited commercial use for clipart is permitted only when credit for the artwork is given on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed. You can credit my shop in your product by including the comment for example:

OPTION 3. COMMERCIAL USE *NO CREDIT REQUIRED*:

If you want to use AqwaColor artwork commercially and do not wish to put name of my shop or link anywhere then you have the option to purchase “The Limited Commercial License NO Credit Required”. This License gives you the right to use my product without having to give a credit.
“The Limited Commercial License NO Credit Required” does Not give you the intellectual rights for my artwork but only for using this product in your own product.

Purchase “The Limited Commercial License NO Credit Required” does Not give you the right to use my products in any way that you wish.
By purchasing any product by AqwaColor you agree with Terms of Use.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS RELATED TO ALL OPTIONS OF USE:

You May:
✔ Resize, recolor, rotate, flip, and crop the graphics (pictures).
✔ Use the graphics in invitations, printed sheets, photo cards, envelopes, bottle sticker, etc.
✔ Use the graphics in logos, web design, business cards, flyers, Etsy shop sets, etc.
✔ Use the graphics in corporate stationery such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, order forms, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
✔ Use the graphics in marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, newsletters, product packaging etc.
✔ Use the graphics to create digitized embroidery designs. Only the embroidery file can be sold, not the original graphic files.
✔ Use the graphics to printing on fabric, clothing and accessories, porcelain etc.
✔ Use the graphics to create magnets, jewelry etc.

Please Note: All digital files must be flattened as jpeg or pdf files, your client shall have no further rights to use the Product and cannot extract it from any file you provide.


You May NOT:
✘ Claim the artwork by AqwaColor as your own.
✘ Sell the original files as “it is” or part of them. Artwork by AqwaColor must be part of a design which includes other elements such as text, images or backgrounds etc.
✘ Sell or share my artwork as “it is” or part of them in other file format (SVG, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF or other)
✘ Make with this graphic other clipart for selling
✘ Sell or share layered templates where the graphics are extractable.
✘ Use the graphics in any way that could be considered offensive, obscene, racist, etc.

Additional Notes:
• Colors may vary due to monitor differences.
• In printed product, colors may vary between computer viewing and your printed product. It depends on your screen and printer setup with respect to the screen.
• Due to the digital nature of the item, downloaded products are NON refundable.
• You may Not redistribute any artworks by AqwaColor as “it is” or individual part of them.
• You may NOT share as freebie and download
• You may NOT claim that any product of AqwaColor is your own.
• All rights, title, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by AqwaColor for all the time.
