Do you accept express shipping?

Yes, there is express shipping available in our shop via NovaPoshta. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and country, usually the cost is about 30-50$, estimated time of delivery is in 4-8 days.

We recommend a gentle machine wash in cold or lukewarm water. Wash separately for the first wash, as some colors may release a little excess dye. Avoid bleach and high temperatures. Air drying is recommended whenever possible, or use low heat if needed. Linen can be ironed while slightly damp. With proper care, it naturally becomes softer and more comfortable over time.

Returns and exchanges

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Some sizes, custom-made items, adjusted items, underwear, or other products may have specific return restrictions. If any restrictions apply, they will be clearly stated in the individual listing. Custom and personalized orders

Custom sizing based on your individual measurements is available for an additional $30 fee. Small adjustments, such as changing the garment or sleeve length or removing pockets, are usually free of charge. Worked with the shop owner to get the right size. I'm 9 months pregnant and wanted something that would fit me now and after birth. She recommended a small based on my shoulder and sleeve length and said it would easily fit my 42in bust and belly, which I was a bit skeptical of (I feel like a whale--how could I wear a "small"?) I'm glad I took her recommendation because the robe fits perfectly! I'm confident it will fit just as well afterwards, too. Love how modest this design is and how lightweight the linen feels, even in the hot summer. As a side note, I've never been disappointed buying Ukrainian on Etsy!
