LOL, Sometimes gotta laugh at the lemons and make lemonade. Customer is rude and abrupt. I wouldn't accept her order again. Sent message saying "item didn't arrive, want refund". That's all. I replied immediately asking for info, "What order? When?" She replied with the item number and before I could help further (all in same 30 minute span) she left a negative shop review. Even as we were communicating and I had just received her information!! She has no idea where she bought it from. She bought it 14 days ago and I'm in Vietnam! I replied there's no way it would arrive yet, Etsy ETA says 4-6 weeks from VN. Etsy has the item page pretty clearly detailed with my location and the ETA. Customer might be new and didn't read anything before buying. I'm stuck with 1 star. I'd do anything to help my customers. :(
