I did the watercolor painting underneath, the digital artwork that overlays it, and the package design. I partnered with a high quality printer to create this awesome US scratching-off map.

US Domestic: All orders are shipped out by the next business day. Free shipping generally takes anywhere between 1-7 business days, depending on where you live. Priority Mail is generally 1-3 days. If you're on the west coast it will be on the faster end. These delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS and are more of an average. Please note that the only method that has guaranteed delivery times is USPS Priority Mail Express, which is 1-2 days.

International: I ship international orders out 1-2 times a week, depending on the volume to be able to offer the low rates.
If you need your order faster, please upgrade your shipping method. Please also read below about import duties.

Here are the average transit times (can be faster or longer there are no delivery date guarantees for international orders.

US ORDERS:
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Free shipping (USPS), takes approximately 4-10 business days (estimate). If you need your order by a certain date or faster, please choose the Fedex Express upgrade. I subsidize the cost to make it more affordable. Fedex will deliver within 2 business days (unless there are unforeseen delays).

Non-personalized orders:
You can make changes to your order as long as it is not marked as "Shipped" in your account. Please message me right away with your order number and I will make the change. Unfortunately I am not able to make changes to your order if it has been shipped out, including any incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

Personalized orders:
If you need to make a change to your personalization, please reach out to me right away. As long as I haven't printed it yet, I can accommodate the change. I am not able to make any changes once it has been printed.

You should see a tracking link in your etsy order record. Sometimes you can get more information if you plug in your tracking number directly on the carrier site. If there are any delays, the mail carrier will note it in the tracking. Please note that I am unable to expedite any carrier delays from my side. Please reach out to me if your tracking has not updated in over 2 weeks.

I'm pleased to offer personalization for my Scratch Your Travel maps, which includes printing a title of your choice. If you have any questions about how to enter your information, please reach out to me.

If a customer does not respond to personalization questions asked by me by the requested date, I will make my own judgment call. For National Parks prints: If your personalization is blank, and I don't receive instructions on what to print by the requested date, I will print "National Parks" in the specified font.

I am not able to provide customization for the print underneath the map, or on the scratch layer.

If you enter an incorrect mailing address and the order gets returned to me, or if your tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made, and then subsequently mailed back to me :

I can either issue you a refund minus a restocking fee (actual shipping costs (if the item was delivered free of charge or subsidized) and warehouse handling fees ($4 per SKU)), or direct you to a listing to purchase reshipment service.

If you entered an incorrect address and realize it while the package is still in route to you, unfortunately, I am not able to reroute it, or give you a refund for that order. Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout.
