This is my original drawing of a pair of KNITTED MITTENS.
I've made one version in traditional Black line, then another one in Sepia tone.
The Sepia is a nice warm dark brown color.
If you print either version onto buff or cream colored paper, you will have a warmer toned 'base' image to color.
SIZE:
8" x 10" (20.32 x 275.4 cm)
You will receive 4 files: 2 pdf files and 2 jpg files (one of each for the Black line, and one of each for the Sepia line). The art is the same for the jpgs and pdfs - its just up to you which file type you prefer to use.
You can print these out onto 8.5 x 11, or A4 paper (or whatever), then trim them to 8 x 10 and have an easy to frame piece.
You can also resize the jpg files to be smaller if you have the right software and know how to do that (5 x 7, for example).
USE:
Once you've downloaded the files, you can print this drawing out onto any kind of paper you like, and use colored pencils, crayons, markers, or paint to make it your own unique colored illustration!
I've included one image that's partially colored, just to give you an idea of the different ways you can color this. You could make them all one solid color, or do stripes, or something Fair Isle, or anything else you can dream up!
I recommend using a card stock paper if you're going to use any 'wet' media, as it will absorb the paint or markers better.
You may use and enjoy this file for you own personal use only.
You may not make copies to redistribute or sell, or sell the colored art.
