How are shipping charges calculated?

I have set up Etsy's calculated shipping on many of my items. I plug in the size and weight of each item and Etsy uses your shipping address to calculate how much it will cost to ship. It's not an exact science but if you get charged more than $2 over shipping charges (with ornaments, I have added insurance) I will refund you the difference.

Help!! I entered the wrong shipping address on my order!

If your order has yet to be shipped, I will be happy to change the mailing address for you. If I have already shipped your package, you can try to file a package intercept with the post office. You can do that on the USPS website for a fee of $15.95 https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm

Highlights

Materials: burlap rope, hardboard
Width: 13 inches

Height: 4 inches

Depth: .25 inches

This cottage chic style "Powder Room" door sign looks like pallet wood but is actually an image imprinted onto hardboard for a long lasting, glossy, easy to wipe, light weight sign that looks great on a door or wall.

Customize it: If you like the design but want to change the word to something else (ie "Laundry Room), please do not hesitate to write it in your order notes. I am always happy to customize!

SIZE: 4 x 13", 6 x 12" or 5 x 7"
MATERIAL: 1/4" thick hardboard
FINISH: Glossy

METHOD: The image is heat pressed onto the specially coated surface so your result is a high definition, glossy image that lasts and lasts. Scratch-resistant. Dust wipes off easily with a dry cloth.
NOTE: This is NOT a "modge podged" image involving paper or canvas and sealer.

❖Available without holes upon request. You will need to purchase some kind of mounting adhesive such as Command Strips® or I have an option here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4445044971/repositionable-adhesive-foam-mounting

RETURNS:
Each item is made upon request so no returns. If your item arrives damaged from the shipping process, I will be happy to replace it for you upon receipt of photographic proof. See my "Policies" section for more details on returns/refunds.
