Custom Bronze Belt Buckle 8 Tally Marks, Handmade in Seattle since 2003

This hand-forged bronze belt buckle is laser engraved with 8 tally marks across the front, made in Seattle for your 8th wedding anniversary, the traditional bronze year.
The look:
A clean rectangular bronze buckle with eight engraved tally marks counting the years across the face. The marks are simple and direct, a maker's tally, easy to read and meaningful at a glance. Bronze has a warm, low-shine finish that pairs with jeans or a dressed-up belt, and it picks up character with wear.
Materials:
• Solid bronze, hand-forged in Seattle
• Stainless steel loop and prong
• Sized for standard 1.5" width belts
•Available with a handmade, high quality, single strap black or brown leather belt, or buckle only
Dimensions:
• Buckle: 3" by 1.5"
• Belt: 1.5" standard width, sized to your pants waist
Personalization:
• Choose your engraving from the Style menu: 8 tally marks, 19 tally marks, VIII, XIX, a date, a roman numeral date, or coordinates. I can translate to roman numerals if you'd rather pick that option and just type the date in.
• Type the date, location, or coordinates in the personalization box and I'll engrave it on the front of the buckle.
• Want both sides engraved? Pick "custom both sides" from the Style menu, then write what you want on the front and the back in the personalization box. Names, initials, a second date, coordinates, or a short phrase up to 6 words all work.
Leather:
• Top grain vegetable tanned leather, made by hand in our studio
• Snap attachments so you can swap buckles
• Black or brown, single strap, heavy-duty
• Easy, free exchanges on leather if fit is incorrect (but try not to guess and get us an accurate pant waist size please)
• Provide the pant waist size in the personalization box so I can size the belt
Occasions:
• Bronze is the traditional metal for both the 8th and the 19th wedding anniversary, so this works for either milestone year
• Birthdays, graduations, retirements, any year worth counting
Gifting:
• Arrives in linen bags wrapped in tissue or for buckle only arrives in a black jewelry box with a hand-tied satin bow, ready to give
