I adore the architecture of Paris, from the Musee d'Orsay (it's an old train station so it was only natural) to the streets of Montmartre & beyond, but mostly the apartment buildings, with their winding stairs, courtyards & funny layouts. Some you can barely swing a cat in but they have so much life, they've seen everything & experienced more than we can ever imagine, & they remain standing to tell their stories.
