The movement in all of our wooden watches is a precise Citizen, Miyota quartz movement. The watch is splash resistant, therefore, they should not be immersed in water, but you do not have to worry if you are wearing your watch in a sudden rain or when washing your hands.

Due to Seasons and Aging of Wood, each watch is uniquely different, showing off its own wood accents. Colors may be darker or lighter than pictured.

You can customize your watch with a name or phrase of your choice. If you select the option "engraved" when ordering, we will laser engrave your personal message on the back side of the watch. As the space is limited there is a limit of 8 short words.

All watches, engraved or not will ship out in 1-2 business days.

Normal shipping within Canada takes around 2 - 9 business days, to US it will take between 5 to 8 business days and to the rest of the world it will take between 6 to 10 business days. If you need something sooner or would like a rush shipment, please contact us to arrange this.

All watches are carefully packaged and shipped in in a beautiful gift box! Ready for gift giving!

WARRANTY AND REFUND

If your watch arrives damaged, simply return the unused watch in its original unbroken packaging within 10 days of receipt for a refund. (Shipping fees not included)

I offer a 3 months warranty from the purchase date. To maintain this warranty, the watch must be operated and maintained properly. Abuse, mechanical damage, alterations, or scratches due to abnormal wear, damages caused by water are not covered by the warranty.
