The knobs looked perfect in person. They’re easy to install, good quality and look beautiful.

We were both surprised and pleased with the quality of these knobs and pulls. Who really knows what they're going to get when buying from buying overseas. But these were extremely well made and had a healthy heft to them. We just remodeled our kitchen and they're the perfect "jewelry" for our new cabinetry! Thank you too, for the extra long screws! PS. I didn't indicate anything for customer service, as I had zero interaction! Not a bad thing, obviously, as everything worked perfectly.
