- My "3D" Folk Art & other fragile artwork are carefully packaged in substantial boxes which is reflected in the shipping cost

- I try to recycle packaging materials whenever possible.

- Damage claims on *Insured items must be made within 12 hours of delivery. Photos of the packaging and the item(s) are required. I try to respond ASAP. *Scroll down to FAQ for "Priority Mail & Adding Insurance".

- (See my "3D Folk Art" section) After removing any particles with pressurized air, I seal the piece. As time passes, the painted area around the frame may bond with the acrylic sheet. Please do not unscrew and remove the painted clear acrylic sheet on my "3D folk art" wall structures. It should be kept intact as intended.

- *These pieces require larger packaging & cushioning for shipping which is reflected in the price. This shipping cost isn't refundable.

- My wood source material may vary depending on availability. I try to purchase from sustainable wood sources.

- See below for cleaning and care details. All acrylic paint is sealed with water based sealer, including images "on top" of painted acrylic sheet.

All wood based and paper mache wall art have hanging hardware attached.

Clean artwork with a feather duster or compressed air.

Artwork made using "paper &/or cardboard" media (Shadow Box, Neo Folk Art, Papier Mache) are not intended to be displayed in a humid or moist environment.

Glass Mosaic: I use shower board or treated wood, depending on availability, as the base for my mosaic artwork. I generally use more glass than grout which may be reflected in the price. If I add metal details, they are attached with a very strong indoor/outdoor adhesive also used for the glass. Unless requested otherwise, Mosaics arrive ready to hang.

I don't do prints at this time. Only OOAK Originals.

Precious Metals: Fine Silver and Sterling Silver, will be stated as such in the corresponding listings. Fine Silver has a higher amount of silver than alloy compared to Sterling. It is brighter, softer, and more costly. (*I no longer work with this metal. Last remaining pieces are listed.)

I'm no longer set up to to size, solder, or cast. My jewelry is currently made by cold joinery, forging, and beadwork.

Mixed media jewelry includes lead free brass and plated metals, as well as a variety of materials. See listings for specifics.

My whimsical sculptures and some of my artwork are for the young at heart but not for the very young. There may be sharp edges and small parts attached. They aren't made to be played with. Handle with care. (As stated in the listings.)
