Please understand that there is Processing Time and Delivery Time.

Processing Time is the time I need to make the item, package it for shipping, and take it to the post office. You can see the Processing Time in the listing details, under Shipping and Policies tab, as "Ready to ship in xxx business days."

Delivery Time is the time it takes USPS to deliver your package (usually 3-5 business days for USPS standard shipping within the US, 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail). These times are not guaranteed by USPS and are outside of my control.

If you need the item by a certain date, please feel free to contact me to see if it is likely to be delivered on time, but like I said, postal timelines are not guaranteed.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, and hand lotions/moisturizers. To clean, rinse in water with soap and wipe with soft cloth.

.925 Sterling Silver is a great-looking, affordable precious metal. It oxidizes (tarnishes) from contact with air, skin, and moisture. The tarnish can be easily removed by polishing with a silver polishing cloth or just use fingers to rub gently with some water and toothpaste, then rinse and dry.

I print shipping labels directly from Etsy. Please ensure your shipping address is current and correct.

All orders are shipped with tracking by USPS First Class mail, which usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver within the US. However, these timelines are not guaranteed by USPS, and rarely packages may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If there are any delays, please feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do, but please note that once I ship the package, it's outside of my control.

International shipping may take from 7-10 business days to up to 4 weeks.

All orders are shipped WITH TRACKING and WITHOUT signature confirmation. If you’d like signature confirmation to be added to shipping please let me know.

Please have a safe location for your items to be delivered. If the USPS shows an order as "delivered" and you did NOT receive it, I am NOT liable for replacement. Please contact your local USPS office with your provided tracking number or speak to your carrier.

Every piece is handmade with great care and love by me for you. I strive for perfection, but I am human and rarely mistakes happen. If your order is wrong due to my mistake, or if there is a manufacturing defect in your piece, please contact me within 30 days from item delivery and I will gladly arrange a return or exchange for you.
After 30 days I will review the complains on an individual basis.
To receive a refund or exchange, please be ready to provide pictures of the defective item.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for return instructions. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tracking must be provided by the buyer. Refund will be issued within 7 days after receipt of return.
I do not accept returns on custom and personalized items that are made specifically for you, and cannot be resold, e.g. name necklaces.

The recycled-paper gift boxes pictured in my listings come in 2 sizes:
Rectangular box is 3" x 2" x 1".
Square box is 3-1/2" x 3-1/2".

Providing the correct shipping address is the responsibility of the buyer. Please check the address before placing an order. The shipping labels will be printed directly from your order.

I will gladly ship your order directly to the recipient (instead of you). You can enter the recipient's address at checkout.

USPS usually deliver packages within 2-5 business days in the US.
Very rarely packages get delayed in transit, with the tracking showing "In Transit, Arriving Late." Unfortunately USPS delays are outside of my control, and the packages get delivered sooner or later. USPS do not consider mail lost until 21 days since mailing has passed. Please contact me if your package has not arrived, and if the tracking does not show "Delivered" after 21 days, I will fully refund your purchase or resend the item.
