--Balloons come stuffed with tissue confetti and ready to be filled with helium at your local party store or grocery store
--Balloons will fill to 3ft once inflated with helium (or air!)
--The confetti will only stick to the sides of the balloon if static is created so grab a blanket or a shirt and rub on the balloon to see the magic happen!
