Did not start out great as I had waited for a month and no collar. However, I did post a an initial review with my complaint about the shipping delay and within 1-2 hours of posting the seller had contacted me and apologized for the delay. Apparently my package had been placed in a holding area and was not shipped. Mistakes do happen and I appreciate the quick response from the seller. And she refunded my shipping fee too! Can't wait to see this cute collar.
